Check-in begins at 12:30 p.m.; the coach departs at 1:00 p.m. Every traveler, including each child, needs a paid seat. A $40 deposit per person is due at booking for every tier; balances are due November 30. Regular-period book-together rates: two for $215, three for $321, or four for $425 on one booking. Guest payments are nonrefundable unless we cancel the trip or Down East Tours cancels the coach and the trip does not operate. Review full terms at checkout.

Where do trips depart?+

Trips depart from a designated Raleigh-area meeting point. Confirmed guests receive exact parking, arrival, and departure instructions before the trip.

Are payments refundable?+

Each experience has its own payment and cancellation terms. Review the complete agreement in TravelJoy before reserving your seat.

Can I choose my seat?+

When reserved seating is offered, returning riders receive priority consideration. Specific seats are not guaranteed unless stated on the trip page.

Can I bring food and drinks?+

Coach rules vary by experience. Your guest instructions will explain what is allowed, what is provided, and whether the motorcoach has a restroom.

Is travel insurance included?+

No. Travel protection is not included in the trip price. We strongly encourage guests to consider purchasing coverage separately for unexpected illness, emergencies, or other covered circumstances.
